RHMC’s quality assurance provides you with the front line support you need to drive brand integrity and return on your investment. Quality assurance at RHMC is measured in several ways: through a visit by your property's RHMC Quality Consultant, through owner-based tools to monitor your investment, and through guest feedback. We assess your hotel on adherence to brand standards, life safety, cleanliness, and property condition. There are three key components to the RHMC quality assurance program: Quality Evaluation.
RHMC quality evaluation software program, QVAL®, is accessible via the RHMC intranet, Hotel IQ®, and delivers real time data. QVAL is a user friendly, interactive program that allows each hotel to access the progress it has made since the Quality Consultant's visit and submit core information.
